Peggy Fenwick
Agency Owner

Peggy Fenwick, agency owner for 5 years, was originally from the great state of Arkansas. Prior to becoming an Agent, she owned a children’s clothing boutique and gift shop for a number of years.
Business ownership in all industries revolves around customer service and satisfaction. The agency provides the opportunities to help people and service families with insurance protection; this is the driving force behind the Fenwick Agency’s mission and to provide these services beyond the customer’s expectations. Our customers become our agency family.

Peggy enjoys spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren. Her particular interests are musical and theatrical productions as well as sports events and travelling. Volunteer activities include Relay For Life and Susan Komen Race for the Cure. She is an ambassador for the Plano Chamber of Commerce, member of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce, The Texas Legends and First United Methodist Church. Her achievements include Honor Ring, Circle of Champions and Inner Circle Elite.

Pamela Burns
Office Manager

Pamela has been in sales and service for the past 30 years. 21 of those years were in the telecommunications business and the last nine years has been in the insurance industry. She started out in the insurance business doing employee benefit enrollments and then transitioned to the Property and Casualty side of the business while still holding her life license. For the past 4 years, she has been working at the Fenwick Agency as an Office Manager.

She loves the insurance industry because she has the opportunity of dealing with people, one on one, every day. She gets to know her clients family and feels she is truly making a difference in people’s lives. Personal service has really become a lost art, and she does everything she can to make sure all her clients get personal attention. It’s not about signing the dotted line, it’s about listening to her clients’ needs and making sure they are well protected.

In her time off, she spends as much time with her husband, Mike, of 30 years. Her hobbies include cooking for family and friends and have taught cooking classes to special needs kids and adults. Pam has a true love of animals and has done volunteer work at many shelters. She has three dachshunds that have here heart and are truly her four legged kids.

Rosemarie Cidmonte
Customer Service

Rosemarie Cidmonte is a part-time Client Service Representative for the Fenwick Agency and has been with the company for over three years. She also does bookkeeping out of her home.
Prior to semi-retirement Rosemarie was Vice President/Relationship Manager in Business Banking responsible for delivering comprehensive financial services to the Business Banking segment at Amegy Bank of Texas.

Rosemarie’s banking career also included managing a portfolio of corporate clients for JP Morgan Chase that required complex lending or cash management needs. She attended a seven week credit training class for JP Morgan in New York.Her experience also includes the opening and managing of two retail branch banks; one for Chase and one for Citicorp in Las Vegas. Those endeavours included sales and process management, team leadership and business development.

Rosemarie graduated from the University of Las Vegas and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is a Chairman’s Club member for top producers with Chase Bank and holds Summa cum Laude honours at Erie Business College. Rosemarie has one daughter and resides in Plano, Texas.

Cynthia Michel

Financial Specialist
Cynthia came to the agency in 2016 with over 25 years of experience in business, finance and life insurance. As a business owner, professional, and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Cynthia understands the importance of designing plans to meet each of our client’s specific needs.

Cynthia is passionate about helping others, family, and community. As the mother of two sons with Muscular Dystrophy, she has been active in various roles with the MDA over the past 17 years. She devotes much of her time outside of work to the care and love of her disabled sons, her husband, and the rest of her family; and assists in promoting several other non-profits that give back to the community.

She is inspired by music, art, and literature. Cynthia attributes the loss of her father at a young age as a major influence in her desire to help others protect their loved ones and their financial assets.

Larry Myers
Licensed Sales Professional

I have been in the insurance industry since January 2015 but my previous experience was in the banking industry for 20 years.

I was born here in the Dallas, TX. I really enjoy helping people and explaining what insurance does for them and the need beyond local requirements.

I enjoy cooking and traveling. My real passion is singing. I’m a member of The Turtle Creek Chorale. It’s a local all men’s chorus that currently has over 200 singing members.

On the weekends, I enjoy relaxing and spending time with family and friends.
